After new York it was time to find somewhere to leave the yacht away from hurricanes while we took a break and travelled home to Noosa.
We sailed back to the Chesapeake via the C&D canal, encountering some squally weather enroute.

Finally we arrived at the Chesapeake Boatworks on Fishing Bay at Deltaville on the south west shore of the Chesapeake. Jack Tar is now settled on the hard and we will return in Oct to begin our journey south to Panama.
